Spiritful Voices Community Choir Coming Back to Saint Ann's
Performance will be held on Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at 6:30pm
Saint Ann Retirement Center is really excited about having the Spiritful Voices Community Choir performing again this year in our "Grand Theater" on Friday, December 9th at 6:30 PM. Spiritful Voices is an independent, 50-member all-volunteer adult choir that performs all over the state. They had the privilege of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City in June of 2009. The hour long performance coming on Dec. 9th is entitled "A Season of Celebration." Included in the performance will be classics like "Let It Snow/Winter Wonderland," "Rockin'Around the Christmas Tree," "The Little Drummer Boy," and "Rise Up Shepherd, and Follow." The choir also will sing several new pieces including "Music Speaks," "Believe" (from the motion picture, "The Polar Express"), "In Excelsis Deo!", "Joyful and Triumphant," "Hush!" "And the Stars Sang," and "Keep on Following the Star." The choir will also feature an incredibly rapid medley of 23 familiar holiday songs in "Christmas...In About Three Minutes." Join us for this fantastic Seasonal Event! For questions, please call Katelyn or Tereasa at 721-0747.
