The Fountains Dining Room

The Fountains Dining Room is located in the Assisted Living area of Saint Ann Retirement Center.    A very large painting of a fountain is displayed on the wall of the dining room to add to the decor.  The staff is always ready to accommodate the nutritional needs of the Assisted Living residents.  Three meals are served daily every day of the year.  Breakfast is served from 8:00 am until 9:00 am.  Dinner is served from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Supper is from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm.   Fresh vegetables and herbs are used daily also.

Occasionally a resident will submit a special personal recipe to the chef and the kitchen staff will prepare that meal in honor of the resident who submitted it.  Chef John is pictured above.  What made this event so special was that Chef John actually cooked it on a display table in the dining room for all the residents to observe.  Everyone really enjoyed the experience and the delicious meal.

On special occasions, everything is decorated to represent the holiday or season.  Many of the residents dress for the occasion and enjoy the special menu on those special days.  Come by and visit our Fountains Dining Room and get a copy of the weekly menu prepared for the residents.
